Positive thinking will help impact your health in a positive way. Negative thinking will also help impact your health in a negative way. The first story is a story of a mutual friend who was seeing a mental health professional. They were having some issues in their life and needed some help from a mental healthprofessional. So lets look at stress.
Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand. Our bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood when there is a new demand on it.
These chemicals either give us more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if the stress is caused by physical danger, or a bad thing, if the stress is in response to something emotional and there is no outlet for this extra energy and strength.
So basically good stress is when we have a demand on us and our body produces the chemicals to help us deal with this demand. An example of bad stress is worrying. Some common stresses today are survival stress, internal stress, environmental stress & work stress. People under large amounts of stress can become tired, sick, and unable to concentrate or think clearly. We need to find ways to release this stress.
Exercise
Some common stresses today are survival stress, internal stress, environmental stress & work stress. Improve immune response.
If we reduce our stress, we automatically improve our immune response.
Next we need adequate sleep, it is during sleep that our body repairs itself and our immune response increases. Three: Decrease feeling of depression and self doubt.

If you are at work ask them to put up a nature image where you can see it from your desk or even put a nature image on your computer as your desktop and take time to look at this and really imagine yourself there.
